Circuit (strength & cardio)
Circuit (strength & cardio) is a high-intensity & low-intensity workout class that
combines strength training and cardio exercises. The class is designed
to work multiple muscle groups and provide a full-body workout.
Participants move through a series of stations, each with a different
exercise, to improve their endurance, strength, and overall fitness
level.
Yoga (beginners)
Beginners Hatha Yoga is a gentle yoga class that is perfect for those
new to yoga or looking to refine their basic poses. The class focuses on
breathing techniques, basic yoga postures, and relaxation. The class
aims to increase flexibility, balance, and strength while promoting a
sense of inner calm and relaxation.
Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and
international music with easy-to follow dance moves. It's a fun and
engaging full-body workout that can help improve cardiovascular
endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels of
fitness and dance experience.
SKIP FIT: Learn to Jump Rope
SKIP FIT: Learn to Jump Rope is a class that teaches participants how to
jump rope as a fun and effective way to improve cardiovascular fitness and enhance coordination. Skip Fit is a full-body workout which incorporates various jumping techniques and intervals to help improve
endurance and burn calories. Whether you're a beginner or advanced
jumper, this class will challenge you and keep you motivated with upbeat high energy
music and engaging exercises. So come join the fun and skip your way to a
healthier you!

full body workouts, resistance training, and weight lifting in a group
setting our goal is to encourage each other to be healthy and fit.
Don’t
like working out in a large group setting? No problem! You can join our
Small Group classes. Prefer a more social atmosphere? Then our Bootcamp
is for you! No matter the circumstance, Brick House Body is for
everyone, because fitness is for everyone.

Kids Urban Dance
Life is Better When You Dance!!A
recreational dance class for beginners mixing hip-hop, dance hall,
contemporary, Latin & more creating a fun, active, yet
structured environment to give your child an opportunity to express
themselves thru self discovery and creative movement.
A 45 minute class designed to teach children the basics of Yoga in a fun and interesting way.
Children are
encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body. Breathing and
visualization techniques along with animated poses and basic stretching
exercises, create body awareness. Yoga is used to teach kids how to:
- Learn discipline and concentration.
- Enhance focus & coordination
- Relax, create calmness and develop self-control
- Increase strength and flexibility.
- Gives a chance to express themselves and learn through movement.
- Stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a safe environment, in a fun-filled way!
