What is Personal & Small Group Training? 

Our personal training focuses on fortifying core stability and building balance, flexibility and strength. 
Our professional and friendly trainers will help you realize your goals by creating a custom program that fits your needs. Learning how to exercise properly and effectively with a qualified trainer will make reaching your goals easier, and ensure that you don’t injure yourself along the way.

What is a Boot Camp? 
Boot camp workouts are efficient because you work your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises...the difference lies in the intensity. In boot camp, your challenge is to take your body to its limit. You work, you sweat and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy. 
Boot camp is an intense, interval workout that combines cardiovascular training, resistance training and sports conditioning training that is physically challenging, emotionally and spiritually uplifting and a ton of fun!! 

Boot camp workouts are:
  • A great way to burn lots of calories.
  • Efficient - you work your whole body in a short period of time.
  • Fun - each exercise is different so you don't get bored.
  • Easy to fit in to a busy schedule - You can do it anywhere with little equipment.
  • As challenging as you want them to be.

  • The Equipment: medicine balls, tubing, ladders, TRXs, steps, and more....use your own body weight to create an amazing workout (Just bring your H2O bottle and a kick butt attitude)

  • Safety (with each of us being in this industry for many years, this is very important to us to keep people coming back for more)
Fit Friend Camp is a 4 week program, 2 days a week, 45 minutes per session (includes 2 fitness assessments).
Bootie Buster is a 6 week program, 3 days a week, 60 minutes per session  (includes 2 fitness assessments).
